Ministerial Decision No. 710/2025 On the Controls and Procedures for Holding Mediation and Conciliation Sessions Using Electronic Means and Remote Communication
The Minister of Justice:
After perusal of the Constitution;
Federal Decree-Law No. 32/2022 on the Federal Judicial Authority, and its amendments;
Federal Decree-Law No. 42/2022 on the Promulgation of the Civil Procedure Law;
Federal Decree-Law No. 40/2023 on Mediation and Conciliation in Civil and Commercial Disputes;
Ministerial Decision No. 90/2022 on the Controls for Remote Video Procedures for Lawyers in the Federal Courts;
Federal Administrative Decision No. 18/2025 on the Regulation governing the Operation of Mediation and Conciliation Centres;
Federal Administrative Decision No. 91/2025 on the Code of Conduct for Mediators and Conciliators;
Based on the approval of the Federal Judicial Council,
Has decided the following:
Article 1 - Definitions
The definitions mentioned in Federal Decree-Law No. 40/2023 on Mediation and Conciliation in Civil and Commercial Disputes shall apply to this Decision. Otherwise, the following terms and expressions shall have the meanings assigned against each, unless the context requires otherwise:
