After perusal of Federal Law No. 1/1972 On the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, and its amendments;

Federal Decree-Law No. 33/2021 On the Regulation of Labour Relations, its amendments and its Implementing Regulation;

Cabinet Decision No. 21/2020 On the Fees of the Services Provided by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, and its amendments;

Ministerial Decision No. 46/2022 On Work Permits and Job Offer and Employment Contract Forms, its implementing decisions and its amendments;

After coordination with His Excellency the Minister of State for Financial Affairs and His Excellency the Minister of Education;

And based on the work interest requirements,
