MINISTERIAL DECISION NO. 6/1975 ON THE IMPLEMENTING REGULATION OF FEDERAL LAW NO. 13/1974 ON THE PENSIONS AND RETIREMENT BENEFITS OF THE CIVIL EMPLOYEES AND OFFICIALS
The Minister of Finance and Industry,
Pursuant to the perusal of Federal Law No. 8/1973 concerning the Civil Service in the Federal Government; and
Federal Law No. 13/1974 concerning the Pensions and Retirement Benefits of the Civil Employees and Officials; and
Federal Law No. 14/1974 concerning the Pensions and Retirement Benefits of the Prime Minister, the Deputy Prime Minister and the Ministers; and
Acting upon the approval of the Civil Service Board,
Has decided:
Article 1
As amended by Ministerial Decision No. 6/1984 dated 08/01/1984:
The provisions of the Law on Pensions and Retirement Benefits no. 13 of 1974*[1] shall apply to the national civil officials and employees of the Federal Government.
