Federal Law No. 3/1983 on the Federal Judiciary, and its amendments;

Federal Law No. 11/1992 on the issuance of the Civil Procedure Law, and its amendments;

Federal Law No. 35/1992 on the issuance of the issuance of the Penal Procedure Law, and its amendments;

Federal Decree-Law No. 20/2018 on the criminalisation of Money Laundering and combating the Financing of Terrorism and the Unlawful organisations, and its Implementing Regulation;

Cabinet Decision No. 47/2020 on the Organisational Structure of the Ministry of Labour;

Upon seeking the opinion of the Presidents of the concerned Courts;

Based on the proposal of the Judicial Inspectorate; and
