Ministerial Decision No. 645/2014 On the Allocation of Work at Sharjah Federal Appeal Court for Judicial Year 2014-2015
The Minister of Justice,
Having perused the Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, and its amending laws,
The Federal Law No. 6/1978 on the Establishment of Federal Courts and Transfer of the Jurisdiction of the Local Judicial Authorities in some Emirates to them, and its amending laws,
The Federal Law No. 3/1983 on the federal judicial authority and its amending laws,
The Cabinet Decision No. 23/2008 on the organizational structure of the Ministry of Justice,
The Ministerial Decision No. 641/2013,
After taking the opinion of the President of the Court,
Upon the suggestion of the Judicial Inspection Division,
And in favour of the work,
Decided the following:
Article 1
The works shall be redistributed and the tribunals formed at Sharjah Federal Appeal Court as follows:
First: The Civil, Commercial, Labour and Sharia'a Tribunals:
1- The First Civil and Commercial Tribunal:
