Ministerial Decision No. 631/2025 On the Abrogation of Ministerial Decision No. 554/2021 on the Family Guidance Regulations

The Minister of Justice:

After perusal of Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, and its amendments;

Federal Decree-Law No. 41/2024 on the Promulgation of the Personal Status Law; and

Ministerial Decision No. 554/2021 on the Family Guidance Regulations,

Has decided the following:

Article 1

Ministerial Decision No. 554/2021 on the Family Guidance Regulations shall be abrogated.

This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette, and it shall come into force from the date of its publication.
