The Federal Law No. 6/1979 on the veterinary quarantine, and its amendments,

The Ministerial Decision No. 460/2001 on the implementing regulations to the Veterinary Quarantine Regulation of the Gulf Cooperation Council Countries,

The Ministerial Decision No. 183/2005 on lifting the ban on the import of all types of live animals from the Islamic Republic of Mauritania,

Based on the reports of the OIE - World Organisation for Animal Health on the registration of Rift Valley fever at the Islamic Republic of Mauritania,

In the framework of the Ministry's keenness to achieve its strategic objectives concerning its contribution to achieve bio-security and preserve the public health,

And based on the public interest requirements,

Decided the following:
