The Minister of Human Resources & Emiratisation:

Having reviewed:

Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the Competencies of Ministries and the Powers of Ministers, as amended;

Federal Decree-Law No. 33/2021 Regulating Labor Relationships;

Cabinet Decision No. 1/2022 on the Executive Regulations of Federal Decree-Law No. 33/2021 Regulating Labor Relationships; and

Ministerial Decision No. 44/1/1980 on the Executive Regulations Organizing the Works of Labor Inspection of Establishments subject to the Provisions of the Labor Law;

Has decreed as follows:

Article 1 - Monitoring the Establishments’ Compliance and Violations

The Ministry shall monitor the extent to which establishments comply with the provisions of Decree-Law No. (33) of 2021, its Executive Regulations and the decisions issued in enforcing them, by following up these establishments through all available means approved as supervisory mechanisms in the Ministry, as well as following up communications received from community members, and following up promotional and advertising campaigns that are circulated on websites, social media or any other means used by the establishment for the purpose of promoting its activity.
