Ministerial Decision No. 45/1/1980 Determine the Manner of Spending Proceeds of Fines Deducted from Workers

The Minister of Labour and Social Affairs,

Pursuant to the perusal of the Provisional Constitution;

Federal Law No. 1/1972 on Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers and its amendments;

Federal Law No. 8/1980 on the Regulation of Labour Relations; and

Based on the proposal made by the Undersecretary of the Ministry,

Has issued the following Decision:

Article 1

Fines collected from workers at every institution shall be entered in a special register showing the name of the worker on whom the fine was imposed, the amount of his wage and the value of the fine imposed, and stating the reason or occasion of its imposition. The total sum of such fines shall be specified in the register on a monthly basis.

Article 2

A committee dealing with the proceeds of fines shall be formed at each institution having 15 or more workers. Such Committee shall consist of:

1- The employer or his delegate - as Chairman.
