The Minister of Interior,
Pursuant to the perusal of the Federal Law No. 1/1972 regarding the Jurisdictions of the Ministries and the Competences of the Ministers, and the amending laws thereof; and
The Federal Law No. 12/1976 regarding the Police and Security Forces, and the amending laws thereof; and
The Federal Law No. 23/1986 regarding the Medal of Establishment of the United Arab Emirates Federation; and
The Federal Law No. 19/1995 regarding the Decorations, Medals, and Chevrons in the Ministry of Interior; and
Acting upon the proposal of his Eminence the Undersecretary of Interior,
