Ministerial Decision No. 414/2025 On the System of Control and Inspection of Traded Food and Fodder and Their Establishments Within the State
The Minister of Climate Change and Environment,
After perusal of Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the Competences of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, and its amendments;
Federal Law No. 10/2015 on Food Safety and its Implementing Regulation;
Cabinet Decision No. 32/2017 on the Organisational Structure of the Ministry; and
Based on the public interest requirements,
Has decided the following:
Article 1
The System of Control and Inspection of Traded Food and Fodder and their Establishments within the State, attached to this Decision, shall be hereby adopted.
Article 2
The Ministry shall supervise the follow-up of the implementation of the System of Control and Inspection of Traded Food and Fodder and their Establishments within the State, in coordination with the relevant authorities in the State.
Article 3
The competent department at the Ministry shall submit periodic (quarterly) reports to the Minister on the results of the implementation of this Decision.
