‎‎‎‎‎‎‎Minister of Labour and Social Affairs:‎‎‎‎‎‎‎

‎‎‎After perusal of Federal Law No. 1/1972 on Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers and its amending laws,

‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎Federal Law No. 8/1980 organizing the work relationships. ‎‎‎‎‎‎‎

Upon agreement with the Minister of Health, and

‎‎‎‎‎‎‎based on the presentation of the Undersecretary of the Labour Sector, ‎‎‎‎‎‎‎

‎‎‎‎‎‎Decided the following:‎‎‎‎‎‎

Article 1

‎‎‎The employer undertakes to treat his workers in accordance with the levels of medical care shown in the articles of this decision and within the methods available for treatment in the state.‎‎‎

Article 2

‎‎‎The employer in whose facility the number of workers does not exceed fifty workers at one place, one country, or a radius of twenty kilometres shall provide first aid means at the work places in his facility.‎‎‎
