Federal Law No. 14/1995 on fighting narcotics and psychotropic substances and its amendments;

Federal Law No. 2/2019 on the use of the information and communication technologies in the health fields;

Federal Law No. 55/1990 on the approval of the adherence to the United Nation Convention against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances of 1988;

Cabinet Decision No. 21/2019 amending some tables annexed to Federal Law no. 14 of 1995 on fighting narcotics and psychotropic substances;

Ministerial Decision No. 888/2016 on the rules and controls of the prescription and dispensing of narcotics and controlled and semi-controlled medicines and its amendments; and

Based on the requirements of the public interest;

Has decided the following:
