Pursuant to the perusal of Federal Law No. 1/1972 on Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers and its amendments;

Federal Decree Law No. 1/2006 amending certain provisions of Federal Law No. 1/1972 on Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers;

Federal Decree No. 23/2008 on the formation of the Council of Ministers of the UAE State, issued on 10 Safar 1429 H corresponding to 17/02/2008;

Federal Law No. 6/1979 on veterinary quarantine and its amendments;

Cabinet Decision No. 5/2006 on the assignment of certain ministerial functions to the Minister of Environment and Water;

Ministerial Decision No. 454/2006 on the reformation of the Committee for Animal Feeds, Additives and Disinfectants;

Letter of the Ministry of Health no. 549/2004 dated 26/12/2004;

The recommendations of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (CFR title 21), the European Agency for the Evaluation of Medicinal Products (Council Directive 70/524/EEC); and

Based on the public interest requirements,

Have issued the following Decision:
