The Minister of Environment and Water,

Pursuant to the perusal of Federal Law No. 1/1972 on Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers and its amendments,

Federal Law No. 23/1999 on the Exploitation, Protection and Development of Living Aquatic Resources in the UAE State and its Implementing Regulation;

Cabinet Decision No. 27/2013 on the Organizational Structure of the Ministry of Environment and Water;

Ministerial Decision No. 581/2012 on the Reformation of the Fishing Organizing Committee in the Emirate of Ajman;

Based on the letter received by the Ministry from Ajman Ruler's Court on 04/06/2014 on the Reformation of the Fishing Organizing Committee in the Emirate of Ajman, and

Based on the public interests requirements,

Issued the following Decision:

Article 1

The Fishing Organizing Committee in the Emirate of Ajman shall be reformed as follows:
