After perusal of Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the competencies of the Ministries and Powers of Ministers and its amendments;

Federal Law No. 5/1975 on the Commercial Register;

Federal Law No. 8/1984 on the Commercial Companies of the United Arab Emirates and its amendments;

Abu Dhabi Law No. 6/2014 on the Establishment of Etihad Airways Group (Public Joint Stock Company) issued on 09/07/2014 by His Highness, Ruler of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi;

Cabinet Decision No. 292/10/2014 and Cabinet Decision No. 292/17/2014, Session No. 10 on the approval of exempting Etihad Airways Group (Public Joint Stock Company) from some provisions of the Commercial Companies Law, Federal Law No. 8/1984 and its amendments;

Ministerial Decision No. 3/3/2007 on the delegation of the Securities and Commodities Authority to receive the applications for the establishment of Public Joint Stock Company, complete all the procedures related thereto and supervise them;
