After perusal of Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the competencies of the Ministries and powers of the Ministers, and its amending laws;

Federal Decree No. 33/2021 on the regulation of the labour relations, and its Implementing Regulation;

Cabinet Decision No. 21/2020 on the fees of the services and administrative fines at the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation;

Cabinet Decision No. 1/7w/2021 on the initiatives and programs of competitiveness of Emirati human resources “NAFIS”, and its amendments;

Cabinet Decision No. 19/5w/2022 on amending some provisions of Cabinet Decision No.1/7w/2021 on the initiatives and programs of competitiveness of Emirati human resources “NAFIS”;

Cabinet Decision No. 18/2022 on the classification of the establishments of the private sector and the amendment of the fees of services of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation;
