Federal Law No. 4/2015 on health facilities, its amendments, and its Implementing Regulation;

Federal Decree-Law No. 4/2016 on Medical Liability, its Implementing Regulation, and its amendments;

Federal Law No. 5/2019 on regulating the practice of the Profession of Human Medicine, and its Implementing Regulation;

Federal Law No. 6/2023 on the Practice of some Health Professions by other than Physicians and Pharmacists;

Cabinet Decision No. 20/2017 on adopting unified standards for licensing health profession practitioners at the State Level and its amendments;

Cabinet Decision No. 11/2021 on the Organisational Structure of the Ministry of Health and Prevention;

Cabinet Decision No. 44/2024 on determining permissible abortion cases; and

Based on the public interest requirements,

Has decided the following:
