After perusal of Federal Law No. 1/1979 regarding the Regulation of Industry Affairs;
Has decided:
PART ONE - DEFINITIONS
Article 1
The following terms and phrases shall have the meanings assigned to each unless the context indicates otherwise:
The Minister: The Minister of Finance and Industry.
The Ministry: The Ministry of Finance and Industry.
The Department: The Industrial Department in the Ministry of Finance.
The Director: The Director General of the Industrial Department and its executive and administrative President.
The Committee: The Industrial Advisory Committee set up in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Regulation of Industry Affairs.
