Ministerial Decision No. 25/2024 On the Approval of the Manual for Survey and Inspection of Industrial Establishments
The Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology,
Pursuant to the perusal of Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the Competencies of Ministries and Powers of Ministers, and its amendments;
Federal Decree-Law No. 20/2020 on Standardisation and Metrology;
Federal Decree-Law No. 25/2022 on the Regulation and Development of the Industry;
Cabinet Decision No. 13/2021 concerning the Fees for the Services provided by the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology, and its amendments;
Cabinet Decision No. 78/2023 on the Implementing Regulation of Federal Decree-Law No. 25/2022 on the Regulation and Development of the Industry; and
Based on the requirements of the public interest, has decided the following:
Article 1 - Definitions
Ministry: The Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology.
Minister: The Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology.
Competent Authority: The federal or local government entity concerned with the control of Industrial Establishments.
Decree-Law: Federal Decree-Law No. 25/2022 on the Regulation and Development of the Industry.
