MINISTERIAL DECISION NO. 24/1985 ON THE IMPLEMENTING REGULATION TO FEDERAL LAW NO. 2/1984 CONCERNING CARRYING OUT ECONOMIC ACTIVITIES WITHIN THE STATE BY THE NATIONALS OF THE STATES OF THE CO-OPERATION COUNCIL
The Minister of Finance and Industry,
Pursuant to the perusal of Federal Law No. 1/1972 regarding the Jurisdiction of the Ministries and the Powers of the Ministers and the amending laws thereof; and
Federal Law No. 7/1975 on Exercising Human Medical Profession and the amending laws thereof; and
Federal Law No. 9/1975 on regulating the Profession of Accountancy and Auditing and the amending laws thereof; and
Federal Law No. 9/1980 on regulating the Legal Profession and the amending laws thereof; and
Federal Law No. 2/1984, on Carrying out the Economic Activities by the Nationals of the States of the Co-operation Council; and
Federal Decree No. 47/1982 ratifying the Unified Agreement between the States of the Co-operation Council,
Has decided:
Article 1 - Definitions
The words and terms mentioned in this Decision shall have the meanings assigned opposite to each, unless the context indicates otherwise:
The State: the United Arab Emirates State.
