Ministerial Decision No. 245/2024 On the Unit Price of Certain Consumer Goods

The Minister of Economy,
After perusal of Federal Law No. 1/1972 On the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, and its amendments;
Federal Law No. 15/2020 On Consumer Protection, its amendments and its Implementing Regulation;
Federal Decree-Law No. 14/2023 On Trading By Modern Technological Means; and
Cabinet Decision No. 120/2022 On the Rules and Controls for Pricing Consumer Goods in the State;
Hereby decides as follows:
Article 1 - Definitions
The definitions that appear in Cabinet Decision No. 120/2022 On the Rules and Controls for Pricing Consumer Goods in the State shall apply to this Decision. Otherwise, the following terms and expressions shall have the meaning assigned against each, unless the context requires otherwise:
Unit Price: The price of the goods according to a single unit of measurement by volume or by weight.
Sale Price: The final price at which the goods are sold by the retailer to the consumer
