Ministerial Decision No. 230/2025 On Identifying Accredited Entities for Preparing Price Reports for the Purposes of Ministerial Decision No. 229/2025 on Qualifying and Excluded Activities for the Purposes of Federal Decree-Law No. 47/2022 on the Business and Corporate Taxation

The Minister of State for Financial Affairs,

After perusal of the Constitution;

Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the Competencies of Ministries and Powers of Ministers, and its amendments; and

Ministerial Decision No. 229/2025 on Qualifying and Excluded Activities for the Purposes of Federal Decree-Law No. 47/2022 on the Taxation of Corporations and Businesses,

Has decided the following:

Article 1 - Accredited Entities for Preparing Price Reports

The entities that are included in the list annexed to this Decision shall be deemed as accredited entities for the preparation of price reports for the purposes of aforementioned Ministerial Decision No. 229/2025.

Article 2 - Publication and Enforcement of the Decision

This Decision shall be published and shall come into force as of January 1, 2023.
