Federal Law No. 5/2019 on regulating the practice of the Profession of Human Medicine, and its Implementing Regulation;

Federal Law No. 6/2023 on the Practice of Some Health Professions by Other than Physicians and Pharmacists;

 Federal Decree-Law No. 4/2016 on Medical Responsibility, its Implementing Regulation, and its amendments;

Cabinet Decision No. 20/2017 on Adopting Unified Standards for Licensing Health Profession Practitioners at the State Level and its amendments;

Cabinet Decision No. 11/2021 on the Organisational Structure of the Ministry of Health and Prevention;

Based on the public interest requirements,
