Ministerial Decision No. 193/1999 On the Approval of Issuance of the Unified Financial Regulation for the Public Utility Associations

We, the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs,

Pursuant to the Perusal of Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the jurisdictions of ministries and competences of ministers and the amending laws thereof;

Federal Law No. 6/1974 amended by Federal Law No. 20/1981 on the public utility associations;

The annual report of the Audit Bureau for the public utility associations;

The memorandum submitted by the Public Utility Associations Department, and

For the benefit of work,

Have issued the following Decision:

Article 1

The approval of issuance of the unified financial regulation (attached hereto) for the public utility associations.*^[1]

Article 2

The present Decision shall come into force after date. The concerned authorities shall implement same each within the jurisdiction thereof and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
