Federal Law No. 4/2015 on private health facilities, and its amendments;

Federal Law No. 2/2019 on the use of Information Technology and Telecommunications in the Medical Fields, and its Implementing Regulation;

Federal Law No. 10/2021 on the Regulation of Cemeteries and Burial Procedures, and its Implementing Regulation;

Federal Decree-Law No. 14/2021 on the establishment of the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security;

Federal Decree-Law No. 10/2022 on the regulation of the registration of births and deaths;

Federal Decree-Law No. 24/2022 on people of unknown parentage, and its Implementing Regulation; and

Based on the public interest requirements,
