Federal Law No. 8/2019 on Medical Products, Profession of Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Establishments, its Implementing Regulation, and its amendments;

Federal Decree-Law No. 4/2016 on Medical Liability, its Implementing Regulation, and its amendments;

Federal Law No. 6/2023 on the Practice of Some Health Professions by Other than Physicians and Pharmacists;

Cabinet Decision No. 20/2017 on Adopting Unified Standards for Licensing Health Profession Practitioners at the State Level, and its Amendments;

Cabinet Decision No. 11/2021 on the Organisational Structure of the Ministry of Health and Prevention; and

Based on the public interest requirements,
