Ministerial Decision No. 1412/2017 On the Approval of the Code of Practice of the Marketing and Trading of Medical Products
The Minister of Health and Prevention,
Having perused Federal Law No. 1/1972 on Competencies of Ministries and Powers of Ministers and its amendments;
Federal Law No. 7/1975 on the practice of the Human Medicine Profession, and its amendments;
Federal Law No. 4/1983 on the Profession of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Institutions;
The Cabinet Decision No. 6/2013 on the Organisational Structure of the Ministry of Health;
And based on the public interest requirements,
Decided:
Article 1
The practice guide for the marketing and trading of medical products enclosed hereto shall be approved.
Article 2
All violations related to the enclosed guide shall be referred to the Pharmaceutical Licensing Committee at the Ministry or the local health authorities, each according to its competence, in order to investigate the violating practices and take action against the same.
Article 3
This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force from the date of publication thereof.
