Ministerial Decision No. 140/2013 On the Unification of Price of Import of Drugs from the Factory at the Country of Origin on CIF to be priced in USD

The Minister of Health:

Pursuant to the perusal of Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the jurisdictions of Ministries and Competences of Ministers and the amending Laws thereof; and

Federal Law No. 4/1983 on the Profession of Pharmacy and the Pharmaceutical Institutions; and

Federal Law No. 20/1995 on the Medicines and Products Derived from Natural Sources; and

Cabinet Decision No. 10/2008 on the organizational structure of the Ministry of Health; and

Ministerial Decision No. 30/02/2013 and Ministerial Decision No. 30/06/2013 on 03/02/2013 on the approval of the quotation system,

Upon the requirements of the public interest,

Has issued the following Decision:

Article 1

The price of import of medicines from the factory at the country of origin on CIF to be priced in USD.
