Ministerial Decision No. 13/1991 On the Organization of the Transfer of Non-national Labourers from One Job to Another and of Sponsorships from One Employer to Another

Ministerial Decision No. 3/1987, dated 11/01/1987

The Minister of Labour and Social Affairs,

Pursuant to the perusal of Federal Law No. 1/1972 on Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers and its amendments;

Federal Law No. 8/1980 on the Regulation of Labour Relations and its amendments;

Decision of the Federal Supreme Council No. 4/1984 on the Categories whose Sponsorships may be Transferred; and

Ministerial Decision No. 3/1987 on the Transfer of Non-National Workers from One Job to another and the Rules Governing the Transfer of their Sponsorship,

Has issued the following Decision:

Article 1

No non-national worker may be transferred from one job to another nor may his sponsorship thus be transferred from one employer to another unless according to the following conditions specified in the present Decision.

Article 2

Non-national employees may be transferred from one job to another and their sponsorships may thus be transferred if they belong to any of the following categories:
