Federal Decree No. 55/1990 on the approval of the accession to the United Nations Convention against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances, 1988;

Federal Law No. 30/2021 on fighting narcotics and psychotropic substances, and its amendments;

Cabinet Decision No. 90/2021 on the Implementing Regulation of Federal Law No. 8/2019 on medical products and the Profession of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Institutions;

Ministerial Decision No. 888/2016 on the controls and rules for prescribing and dispensing controlled and semi-controlled narcotic medications, and its amendments;
