Ministerial Decision No. 1216/2005 On the Rules and Measures for the Work Contracts of Nationals
The Minister of Labor and Social Affairs:
After the perusal of the federal law number 1 for the year 1972 on the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers and its amending laws;
Federal law number 8 of 1980 on the regulation of labor relations and its amending laws;
Federal law number 7 of 1999 on the pensions and social securities;
Federal law number 2 of 2000 on the civil retirement pensions and rewards in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi;
Decision of the council of Ministers number 19 of 2005 on regulation of fees and banking guarantees;
Ministerial decision no. 900 of 2002 on the rules for the unified work contract for nationals in the private sector within the State
And pursuant to what is stated by the competent undersecretary of the Ministry
Has decided:
Article 1
Nationals shall be employed according to the rules, procedures and work contract form prescribed in the present contract.
