The Council of Ministers,
Pursuant to the perusal of the Constitution,
Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the Competencies of Ministries and Powers of Ministers, and its amendments,
Federal Law No. 14/2021 concerning the Establishment and Organisation of the Owners' Association,
And based on the proposal of the Minister of Energy and Infrastructure, and the approval of the Council of Ministers,
Has decided the following:
Article 1 - Definitions
The definitions specified in the aforementioned Federal Law No. 14/2021 shall apply to the present Decision, and otherwise, the following term shall have the meaning assigned thereto, unless the context requires otherwise:
