Ministerial Decision No. 110/2021 Concerning the Safety Requirements for Traditional Commercial Wooden Ships Visiting the UAE

Federal Law No. 19/1993 on the Delimitation of Maritime Zones in the UAE;

Federal Law No. 24/1999 on the Protection and Development of the Environment, and its amendments;

Federal Decree-Law No. 1/2001 on the Protection of the Land and Sea Borders of the State;

Federal Decree No. 74/2006 on the Accession of the United Arab Emirates to the International Convention for Prevention of Pollution from Ships (MARPOL 73/78);

Cabinet Decision No. 77/2020 on the Organisational Structure of the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure;

And Ministerial Decision No. 102/2017 On the Mandatory Operation of the Ship Identification Device for All Foreign Vessels in the Territorial Waters and Ports of the State;
