The Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation,
After perusal of Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, and its amendments;
Federal Decree-Law No. 9/2022 on Domestic Workers, its amendments, and its Implementing Regulation;
Ministerial Decision No. 45/2022 on the Formation of the Committee of Grievance against Decisions issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, and its amendments;
Based on public interest requirements;
Has decided the following:
Article 1
The definitions contained in aforementioned Federal Decree-Law No. 9/2022 and its Implementing Regulation shall apply to any term and expression contained in this Decision.
