We, Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates State,
Pursuant to the perusal of the Constitution; and
The Federal Law No. 1/1972 AD on the jurisdictions of the Ministries and the competences of the Ministers and the amending laws thereof; and
The Federal Law No. 17/1981 AD on the establishment of Emirates General Transport and Services Corporation and the amending laws thereof; and
The Federal Law No. 8/1984 AD on commercial companies and the amending laws thereof; and
The Federal Law No. 9/1984 AD on insurance companies and agents and the amending laws thereof; and
The Federal Law No. 8/1986 AD on the determination of the axial load of vehicles using the paved roads in the country; and
