We, Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates State,

Pursuant to the perusal of the provisional*^[1] Constitution; and

Federal Law No. 1/1972 regarding the Jurisdiction of the Ministries and the Powers of the Ministers and the amending Laws thereof; and

Federal Law No. 10/1973 regarding the Supreme Federal Court; and

Federal Law No. 1/1974 regarding the Re-Organization of the Government System in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi; and

Acting upon the request of the Emirates of Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman and Fujairah regarding the transferal of the jurisdiction of their local judicial authorities to the Federal Courts of First Instance; and
