We, Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates,

Pursuant to the perusal of the Constitution; and

Federal Law No. 1/1972 concerning the Jurisdiction of Ministries and Powers of Ministers, the amending laws thereof; and

Federal Law No. 7/1976 on the establishment of State Audit Institution; and

Federal Law No. 10/1980 on the Central Bank, the Monetary System and Organization of the Banking Profession, the amending laws thereof; and

Federal Law No. 8/1984 on Commercial Companies, the amending laws thereof; and

The Civil Transactions Law issued by Federal Law No. 5/1985, the amending laws thereof; and

Federal Law No. 6/1985 on the Islamic Banks, Financial Institutions and Islamic Investment Companies; and

The Penal Code issued by Federal Law No. 3/1987; and
