Abrogating

Federal Law No. 3/1982 dated 16/05/1982 and the amending Laws thereof, namely:

Federal Law No. 12/1988 dated 26/12/1988 and

Federal Law No. 15/1991 dated 10/06/1991 and

Federal Law No. 12/2002 dated 28/10/2002 and

Federal Law No. 13/2002 dated 28/10/2002

We, Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates State,

Pursuant to the perusal of the Constitution; and

Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the jurisdictions of ministries and the powers of ministers and the amending laws thereof; and

Federal Law No. 3/1982 on the establishment of the General Information Authority; and

Federal Law No. 23/2005 on the rules of preparation of the state budget and balance sheet, and the amending law thereof; and

Federal Decree-Law No. 3/2003 on the regulation of the telecommunication sector and the amendments thereof; and

Federal Decree-Law No. 1/2008 on the human resources in the federal government; and
