We, Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates State,

After perusal of the Constitution,

Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the Competencies of Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, and its amending laws;

Federal Law No. 5/1975 on the Commercial Register;

Federal Law No. 11/1976 on Weapons, Ammunitions and Explosives, and its amending laws;

Federal Law No. 12/1976 on Police and Security Forces and its amending laws;

Federal Law No. 8/1980 on the Regulation of Employment Relationships in the UAE and its amending laws;

Federal Law No. 10/1980 on the Central Bank, the monetary system and the organisation of the banking profession, and its amending laws;

Federal Law No. 8/1984 on Commercial Companies, and its amending laws;

Civil Transactions Law of the United Arab Emirates issued under the Federal Law No. 5/1985 and its amending laws;

Penal Code promulgated by Federal Law No. 3/1987 and its amending laws;
