Pursuant to the perusal of the provisional*^[1] Constitution; and

Federal Law No.1/1972 concerning the Jurisdiction of Ministries and Powers of Ministers and the amending laws thereof; and

Federal Law No. 6/1978, concerning the establishment of Federal Courts and transferring to them the Jurisdiction of the Local Juridical Institutions in some Emirates and its amending laws; and

Federal Law No .3/1983 concerning the Federal Juridical Power and its amending laws; and

Federal Law No. 3/1987 concerning the promulgation of the Penal Code;

Cabinet Decision No. 3/1992 concerning the Organizational Structure of the Ministry of Justice;

Acting upon the proposal of the Minister of Justice, the approval of the Council of Ministers and the ratification of the Federal Supreme Council,

Have promulgated the following Law:
