FEDERAL LAW NO. 2/1985 ON EMPOWERING THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE AND INDUSTRY WITH THE AUTHORITY TO DISPOSE OF THE FUNDS DEPOSITED TO THE ACCOUNT OF THE REAL ESTATE LOANS SETTLEMENT COMMITTEE AT THE CENTRAL BANK OR OTHER BANKS
We, Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates State,
Pursuant to the perusal of the provisional*[1] Constitution; and
Federal Law No. 1/1972 regarding the Jurisdiction of the Ministries and the Powers of the Ministers and the amending Laws thereof; and
Federal Law No. 1/1981 regarding the Establishment of the Real Estate Bank; and
Federal Law No. 19/1981 regarding the Continuance of the Real Estate Loans Settlement Committee in exercising its Authorities; and
The Decision of the Council of Ministers No. 221/1980 regarding the Real Estate Loans Settlement Committee regarding citizens and due to Commercial Banks acting in the State; and
The Decision of the Council of Ministers No. 9/1980 regarding the Settlement of the Real Estate Loans; and
Acting upon the proposal of the Minister of Finance and Industry and the approval of the Council of Ministers and the Federal National Council and the ratification of the Federal Supreme Council;
Have promulgated the following Law:
