We, Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan, president of the United Arab Emirates State,

After perusal of the provisional*^[1]constitution, and

Federal Law No. 1/1972 concerning the Jurisdiction of the Ministries and the Powers of Ministers and the amending laws thereof, and

Federal Law No. 18 of 1981 concerning the Organization of Commercial Agencies and the amending laws thereof, and

Federal Law No. 8/1984 concerning the Commercial Companies and the amending laws thereof, and

Federal Law No. 5/1985 issuing the Law of Civil Transactions and the amending laws thereof, and

Federal Law No. 3/1987 issuing the Criminal law, and

Federal Law No. 22/1972 concerning the participation of the United Arab Emirates State in establishing the Unit for Air Experiments on the devices of Air Navigation for the Arab States, and

Federal Law No. 35/1972 regarding the approbation of the State joining the International Organization of Civil Aviation in the United Nations, and
