We, Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates,

After perusal of the Constitution;

Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers and its amendments;

Federal Law No. 8/1980, on the Regulation of labour Relations and its amendments;

Federal Law No. 5/1985 promulgating the UAE Civil Transactions Law and its amendments;

Federal Law No. 3/1987 promulgating the Penal Code and its amendments;

Federal Law No. 35/1992 promulgating the Criminal Procedure Law and its amendments;

Federal Law No. 29/1999 on the establishment of the General Authority of Islamic Affairs and Endowments and its amendments;

Federal Law No. 2/2008 concerning Public Benefit Associations and Civil Institutions;

Federal Law No. 2/2015 on the Commercial Companies and its amendments; and

Based on the proposal of the Minister of Cabinet Affairs, the approval of the Cabinet and the Federal National Council, and the ratification of the Federal Supreme Council;

Have issued the following Law:
