We, Zayed Bin Sultan al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates State,
Pursuant to the perusal of the Provisional Constitution*[1]; and
The Federal Law No. 1/1972 regarding the Jurisdictions of the Ministries and the Competences of the Ministers, and the amending laws thereof; and
The Federal Law No. 12/1976 regarding the Police and Security Forces, and the amending laws thereof; and
The Federal Law No. 9/1978 regarding the Decorations and Chevrons that may be granted to military officers and personnel working in the Ministry of Interior and the different bodies thereof; and
The Federal Law No. 23/1986 regarding the Medal of Establishment of the United Arab Emirates Federation; and
