This law abrogated Federal Law No. 5/1973 and the amending Laws thereof amongst which: Federal Law No. 12/1974 Federal Law No. 3/1977 and impliedly abrogated Ministerial Decision No. 33/1979 and Ministerial Decision No. 79/1979 and was then abrogated by Federal Decree-Law No. 55/2023.
