We, Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan, president of the United Arab Emirates State,

Pursuant to the perusal of the Constitution; and

Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the jurisdictions of the ministries and competences of the ministers and the amending laws thereof; and

Federal Law No. 18/1981 on the regulation of commercial agencies and the amending laws thereof; and

Federal Law No. 8/1984 on commercial companies and the amendments thereof; and

Civil Transaction Law issued by virtue of Federal Law No. 5/1985 and the amending Laws thereof; and

Federal Law No. 4/2000 on Securities & Commodities Authority, and the amending laws thereof; and

Upon the proposal of the Minister of Economy, the approval of the Cabinet thereon, and the ratification of the Federal Supreme Council thereof,

Have issued the following Law:
