Federal Law No. 18/1993 on the issuance of the Commercial Transactions Law, and its amendments;

Federal Law No. 23/1999 on the exploitation, protection and development of living aquatic resources in the UAE State and its Implementing Regulation, and its amendments;

Federal Law No. 24/1999 on the environment protection and development, and its amendments;

Federal Law No. 9/2011 on the land transportation;

Federal Law No. 2/2015 on the Commercial Companies, and its amendments;
