FEDERAL LAW NO. 10/1981 ON EXCLUDING THE ARAB BANK FOR INVESTMENT AND FOREIGN TRADE FROM THE CONTROL OF THE STATE AUDIT INSTITUTION
We, Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates State,
Pursuant to the perusal of the provisional*[1] Constitution; and
Federal Law No. 1/1971 regarding the Jurisdiction of the Ministries and the Powers of the Ministers and the amending Laws thereof; and
Federal Law No. 7/1976 regarding the Establishment of the State Audit Institution; and
Federal Law No. 10/1980 regarding the Central Bank, the Monetary System and the Regulation of Bankers Profession; and
Federal Decree No. 50/1976 regarding the Approval on the Establishment of the Arab Bank for Investment and Foreign Trade; and
Acting upon the proposal of the Minister of Finance and Industry and the approval of the Council of Ministers and the ratification of the Federal Supreme Council,
Have promulgated the following Law:
Article 1
The Arab Bank for Investment and Foreign Trade shall be exempted from the control of the State Audit Institution.
