Federal Decree No. 95/1980 On the Accession to the International Convention for the Suppression of Unlawful Acts Against the Safety of Civil Aviation

We, Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates,

After perusal of the Provisional Constitution; and

Based on the proposal of the Minister of the State for Foreign Affairs, the approval of the Council of Ministers and the ratification of the Federal Supreme Council;

Have decreed as follows:

Article 1

Approval of the accession of the United Arab Emirates to the International Convention for the Suppression of Unlawful Acts Against the Safety of Civil Aviation, signed in Montreal on 23 September 1971, the text of which is attached to this Decree.

Article 2

The Ministers shall, each within his scope of competence, implement this Decree which shall be published in the Official Gazette.
